Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii and US military bases (including APO, FPO and DPO addresses), which our fulfillment partner can't deliver to yet. We don't ship outside the US at the moment.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $50 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under $50: $5.95 standard shipping.
- Subscription deliveries: always free.
The $50 is counted after any discounts. You'll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
Your order is packed and shipped from the US by our fulfillment partner, usually within 2–4 business days. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as it ships. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and your address.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at info@getrootandiron.com. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.
Lost, late or damaged orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@getrootandiron.com within 14 days with your order number. Our Refund policy explains what happens next.
