These terms apply to your use of getrootandiron.com and to anything you buy from us. “Root & Iron”, “we” and “us” mean the business that runs this store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

2. Our products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this site, in our emails and in our videos is general information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Always read the label and follow its directions and warnings.

3. AI characters

Characters in our videos and ads, including Sifu Tam, are AI characters created by Root & Iron. They aren't real people, and nothing they say is medical advice.

4. Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We work to show accurate prices and product details, but mistakes can happen. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or bulk buying for resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has shipped.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

If you subscribe, your subscription renews automatically at the delivery frequency you chose. We charge your saved payment method for each delivery at the subscription price shown when you signed up, until you cancel.

You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel before its renewal date. We'll email you before any change to your subscription price, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Shipping and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms.

8. Discounts and offers

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash. Unless an offer says otherwise, you can use one code per order, and our welcome code is limited to one per customer. We may end or change an offer at any time, but not for an order you've already placed.

9. Our content

The Root & Iron name, logo, labels, designs, text, images, videos and characters belong to us. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break into it, interfering with how it works, scraping it or using it for anything unlawful.

11. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, comment or other content, you allow us to use, display and share it in connection with Root & Iron. Reviews must be your honest opinion of a product you've used. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

12. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows:

the site is provided “as is”, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors;
we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or business losses;
our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the United States, you also keep any protections the laws of your state give you.
